Girlfriends, we gotta talk! Seriously, we do. Our health and vitality are at stake! A recent UCLA study revealed that when women get together and talk – even on the radio – oxcytocin fills our bloodstream and we feel better. Which means, men are right. We women are on drugs when we talk with our girlfriends. And, all this time, we thought it was the wine!
As real-life girlfriends, we talk with each other a lot. We also constantly talk with other women because of the work we do. Susie is constantly making women look beautiful and Mary inspires every woman to live like her nail color! What we've noticed again and again is that most women, even the most successful ones, need more sanity, confidence, and fun in their life! Perhaps we noticed this because it's exactly what we want and need in our own lives.
That's why we decided to create the "Girlfriend We Gotta Talk!" radio show. It's our way of increasing the oxcytocin in all women. Each Sunday from 3:00 - 3:30 pm we’ll be broadcasting right here on WLEE 990 AM. We’ll give you something to talk about as we cover all kinds of topics that affect all women – health, beauty, relationships, self-esteem and more.
